For in stock items, it can be delivered when payment is arrival.  

If the items are need to be made, 
Please note following info:

It takes about 2-3 weeks to process the order in Peak season(March,April,September,October,
November)

It takes about 1-2 weeks to process the order in Non-peak season(January,Feberuary,May,June,
July,August,December)
